In case any of customer has any query, they can dial 534351 and get connected with our Agriculture Expert directly. Most of our Experts share a good rapport with our Customers as they are able to provide them with valuable inputs which is otherwise difficult to get from other sources. This service is provided exclusively to the Green SIM card holder.

Kisan Call Centre @ 1800-180-1551

IFFCO Kisan is managing the Kisan Call centre service on behalf of Department of Agriculture & Cooperation (DAC), Ministry of Agriculture (MOA). Farmers from any part of the country using any telecom operator can contact the Kisan Call Centre by dialling the Toll free number 18001801551 and ask their queries related to farming. Nearly 30000 calls are received daily through KCC at 14 locations which are handled by close to 600 Farm Tele Advisors (Agriculture Graduates/Post Graduates) and senior Agriculture experts.

IFFCO Kisan is managing the Zonal Call Centre on behalf of Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Consumers of any telecom operator can contact the Zonal Consumer Helpline by dialling the Toll free number 1800114000 and ask their queries which would be handled by experts.
